MINNESOTAN Tyler Bowling is suing CBS and a whole bunch of other folks, claiming that producers of "The Doctors" tricked him into discussing his "pearly penile papules" on national TV. Now he's got a hard-on to get even. According to Bowling's claims, as reported by courthousenews.com, William Groff offered Bowling a free $4,500 laser treatment to remove pimples from his penis (shaft zits or ball sacne?) if Bowling would talk about his pimply pecker on "The Doctors." Bowling says that he thought the show was for physicians and med students and that when he showed up for the taping was surprised to see a studio audience - thank goodness it wasn't Jerry Springer's studio audience. Bowling was then told that the show would air over CBS and was persuaded to keep his commitment, he claims, because he would be anonymous and "no one would see the episode." As if a logline of "Man discusses pimply penis" wouldn't draw curious viewers. Bowling's suit claims the appearance resulted in "relentless embarrassment and harassment" and he seeks punitive damages for privacy invasion, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, emotional distress, and misappropriation of his likeness. We're assuming that's his facial likeness. Source

Rihanna's incredible physique is the subject of a nasty legal battle -- and it's all because the singer allegedly didn't pay her personal trainer for a few days worth of work. The trainer -- Cindy Percival -- filed the lawsuit against Rihanna in L.A County Superior Court last week, claiming the singer owes her $26,144.14 in unpaid wages from 2009.In the lawsuit, Cindy claims she was hired to perform "exclusive personal training services" for Rihanna for $1,500 per day -- but never got a check for a couple of weeks of work between September and October.
Cindy is also asking for $2,644.14 in travel expenses -- because she claims she had to travel all over Europe to meet up with Rihanna ... to make her bend, stretch, pump and sweat in person ... which really should be payment enough. No comment from Rihanna's people. tmz

Trina was the victim of theft recently, as the Diamond Princess' cell phone was stolen and personal pictures she snapped on the device, including nude images, were leaked online. The Miami rapper told MTV News on Monday that her phone was taken during the BET Hip-Hop Awards in October and the criminal has attempted to shake her down for hush money. "[The images are] me on a very upset day — I think I was in Canada, upset crying," she explained. "Just personal stuff. Photos in the studio. I think [one] was me having an allergic reaction, breaking out. I just think it was my personal stuff and for someone to do that is so, so wrong. So now I'm actually having it looked into by the FBI and it's gonna be a bigger situation than just leaked photos. Hopefully we can deal with the situation and put an end to it."Trina admitted she took some racy photos of herself, however all the images that appeared on various sites aren't from her phone. The rapper said whoever stole the images also placed some photos that are not her in an attempt to sensationalize the set. In addition to a few of the nude images, Trina said some of the photos are clean images of her at birthday celebrations, her with friends and an image of her fresh from a facial. The set also contains several of Trina holding up her arm, which appears to have a rash of some sort, and she explained those pictures were taken in order to show her doctor — the rapper broke out but wasn't sure what was causing the ailment. "I don't recall being allergic to anything, but obviously, yeah [I am]," she said. "I was in the studio recording for a couple of days and just started having breakouts. And my doctor said you're allergic to shellfish or makeup bronzer."Her doctor, she said, diagnosed her with Urticaria, which essentially is hives and has since gone away. mtv

Lara Bingle with her fiance, Australian cricketer Michael Clarke
Lara Bingle is reportedly suing AFL footballer Brendan Fevola following the release of a nude photo.
The photo, allegedly taken while the pair were involved in a secret affair in 2006, was published in Woman's Day on Monday.
It shows Bingle taking a shower, trying to cover herself with her right hand.
Brendan Fevola and Lara Bingle, who had an affair in 2006, she didn't know he was married with children and he's been traded from his football team to another for poor behaviour, mostly relating to public drunkenness. The imageBingle's manager Max Markson has told the Herald Sun that his client met with lawyers yesterday and has decided to sue Fevola.
"Lara Bingle is taking legal action against Brendan Fevola for breach of privacy, defamation and misuse of her image," Markson told the newspaper.
Fevola was dumped by Carlton after he became drunk and disgraced himself at the Brownlow Medal ceremony last year. He was traded to the Brisbane Lions.
Nude photos of Bingle, now engaged to Australian cricket vice-captain Michael Clarke, appeared several years ago on the German website for GQ magazine.

***
And here's another article from SMH, which explains who they both are...
Lara Bingle’s decision to sue Brendan Fevola over the distribution of a near-naked photograph of the swimwear model strikes a blow for women’s rights, says celebrity agent Max Markson.
Bingle decided yesterday to sue the controversy-plagued AFL footballer for allegedly distributing the revealing picture, taken on a mobile phone during the pair’s brief affair in 2006.
Markson confirmed Bingle will take action against the Brisbane Lions forward for breach of privacy, defamation and misuse of her image after the steamy photo appeared in this week’s Woman’s Day.
‘‘Lara was 19 when the photo was taken. It’s evident from the photo it was taken without consent, without permission and totally without taste,’’ Markson told The Age.
‘‘Taking the photo was wrong and Brendan Fevola’s decision to distribute the photo was when he broke the law,’’ said Markson.
The photograph was allegedly snapped while Bingle was in the shower and was trying to cover her body with her hand.
Markson said Fevola had behaved ‘‘like a bully’’ and in taking action Bingle was striking a blow for women’s rights.
‘‘What she’s doing is very brave. She’s stood up for herself and she’s standing up for women’s rights.
‘‘Fevola is touted as a football hero. He’s looked up to by young kids but he sends a dangerous message to our kids that this is acceptable, but it’s not acceptable.’’
Markson told radio station SEN that Bingle first heard of the photograph circulating on Sunday, and took legal action yesterday. He said the model was ‘‘not happy obviously’’.
‘‘Nobody would be happy having someone take the picture and then distribute it, and then it’s all over the internet. It’s absolutely wrong,’’ Markson said.
He said Bingle retained all her contracts and would move past the incident.
‘‘I think she’ll be fine. She’ll go through this and then we’ll move on.’’
Woman’s Day editor Fiona Connolly said the magazine, which has about 400,000 readers, published the photo because ‘‘it was going to come out at any point anyway’’.
She told Radio 3AW the photo had been ‘‘doing the rounds’’ among cricketers and footballers ‘‘for a long time’’, and the fact newspapers subsequently picked up the story proved it was newsworthy.
‘‘I know that it was just about to be published by newspapers and subsequently as you’ve seen it’s been published on many a website,’’ Connolly said.
She said Woman’s Day did not pay for the photo and would not disclose how the magazine obtained it.
Nicholas Pullen, a partner at TressCox lawyers, said Bingle would struggle to sue Fevola successfully unless she could prove he provided the photograph to Woman’s Day.
‘‘Bingle would have to prove [the photograph] came from Fevola and then she would have to prove when Fevola sent it off; the reasonable person would expect it to end up in Woman’s Day,’’ Mr Pullen said.
He said succeeding with a defamation claim would also be difficult.
‘‘The next step in any defamation formula is: how is it making people think less of Lara Bingle than they already do. Well, she’s coming off a low base on that one.
‘‘In the version of the photograph I have seen, it doesn’t look like you are seeing terribly much more of Lara Bingle than you have already seen.
‘‘It would be a bit different if we were looking at a photograph of the Governor-General. So I think you can pretty well safely strike defamation off.’’
Mr Pullen said a claim for misuse of the model’s image would only be relevant if the photo was used to sell something.
‘‘That only comes into play if the photograph was being used to sell toothpaste or soap, for example,’’ he said.
‘‘Misuse is a term for merchandising, commercialising one’s image. This is clearly not the case.’’
Fevola’s agent has been contacted for comment.
I can't stand Lara Bingle, because I think she's useless, Brendan Fevola is a moron, so she could've seen that coming, but the poor girl didn't deserve that. The celebrity agent (Max Markson) that she's switched to represents Corey Worthington, Chk Chk Boom girl, and Naomi Robson, so I doubt she's going to actually get any proper work or elevate to the same status as say, Jennifer Hawkins or Miranda Kerr. Any Aussie ONTDers who follow AFL/Cricket/know who Lara Bingle is...? LOL Lara Bingle's Wikipedia pageHer Twitter

O.J. Simpson's 'acquittal suit' to be donated to Smithsonian, ending a 13-year court battle SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) — With O.J. Simpson giving his agreement from prison, a judge approved a plan Monday to donate the suit the former NFL star was wearing when he was acquitted of murder to the Smithsonian Institution. The deal ends a 13-year legal battle between Simpson's former sports agent Mike Gilbert and Fred Goldman, the father of the man Simpson was accused of killing in 1994. Both men claimed the right to the suit, shirt and tie Simpson was wearing Oct. 3, 1995, when he was acquitted of killing ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman after a trial that riveted the nation. Gilbert, who has had the clothes in his possession, came up with the idea of a donation. "It's part of American history," Gilbert said outside court. "People should be able to see it and reflect on what went so wrong for someone who had everything." Simpson, 62, who is serving a minimum nine-year prison sentence in Nevada on an unrelated case, told the judge and lawyers by phone that he approved of donating the suit "as long as no one made a profit from it," his attorney Ronald P. Slates said. "I said to OJ, 'Whether you like it or not, you're an important part of American legal history, ' " Slates said. Fred Goldman has been trying for years to seize Simpson's assets to satisfy a $33.5 million civil judgment for the wrongful death of his son and ex-wife. Simpson maintains he did not commit the murders and therefore owes Goldman nothing. The Smithsonian has not yet been contacted to see if the museum wants the Simpson suit. If it is rejected, it will be offered to another museum or institution of higher learning, according to the agreement approved by Superior Court Judge Joseph Biderman. The donation will be made in the name of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. Goldman's attorney, David Cook, said Simpson did not have many assets left to be seized, but he would continue the quest. "It's on my radar screen but it's becoming a very small blip," Cook said. "But you never know what's going to fall from the sky." Simpson was convicted of robbery and kidnapping in Las Vegas last October after a botched heist to retrieve his memorabilia he said was stolen by dealers. NO space for you! NYPD Internal Affairs is investigating whether an ex-cop now working as Jerry Seinfeld's driver is using an expired placard to grab hard-to-find parking spaces in Manhattan. The sitcom superstar's reps confirmed a former detective works for Seinfeld, but insisted they knew nothing about the official placard, NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said. The parking permit - which expired December 2007 - allows the bearer to park at the Bronx Narcotics unit, Browne said. Even if the permit was current and the detective was still on the job, it would not apply to parking in Manhattan, Browne said. It's possible the placard was a copy of the original, he added. Seinfeld's spokeswoman, Elizabeth Clark Zoia, said the comedian just became aware his driver used the placard Wednesday when he was dropped off for a taping of his show, "The Marriage Ref." The driver tossed the placard in the car's window when he jumped out to help Seinfeld get through the waiting crowd. A man has been exicted from his Nottinghamshire flat for playing Cheryl Cole songs too loud. 22-year-old Martin Bramwell was ordered to leave his Ladybrook Lane property after Mansfield County Court heard how he played the music of the Girls Aloud singer so loud throughout the night a neighbour sought refuge in a friend's house. Bramwell had an injunction imposed on him last October with regard to the music, but he continued to play it regardless. The council installed noise monitoring machines to record the nuisance and played them in court before he was ordered to leave by March 4. He played the music until 4am and slammed doors, the court heard. Councillor Danny McCrossan said: " No-one should have to face this type of anti-social behaviour." here

Jon Cryer, co-star of " Two and a Half Men," was the target of a hit engineered by his ex-wife ... this according to the woman's ex-boyfriend. According to documents filed in the custody battle between Cryer and ex-wife Sarah Trigger, Trigger's lawyer claims on December 21, 2009, Trigger told her that her ex-boyfriend, Eddie Sanchez, had said he was going to kill Cryer and Trigger's estranged husband, David Dickey. Trigger's lawyer became so alarmed she contacted lawyers for both Cryer and Dickey. On January 10, Dickey confronted Sanchez. According to legal docs, "Mr. Sanchez not only flatly denied making such a statement, but he said that it was [Sarah Trigger] who had contacted him on numerous occasions, stating that she wanted to see the pair [Cryer and Dickey] dead, and even asking Mr. Sanchez if he would kill the pair, or if he would not, inquiring whether she could speak with Mr. Sanchez's father about this issue." According to Cryer's declaration, he notified Warner Bros. security on January 15. Cryer also states his co-star requested that "we do not film in front of a live audience." The documents do not ID the co-star but presumably it's Charlie Sheen. The FBI then launched an investigation but had no comment today when we called. Trigger's family law attorney, Vicki Greene, tells TMZ, "Sarah has not threatened anyone, especially Jon and those are statements that are refuted and she has evidence to show that Mr. Sanchez has already recanted those statements to her." A plagiarist! Nick Simmons, son of Gene Simmons, done got caught. The American company Radical Publishing has announced that it halted the production and distribution of Nick Simmons' Incarnate comic book series on Wednesday evening, amid allegations that the comic plagiarized Tite Kubo's Bleach manga. According to Radical, "We are taking this matter seriously and making efforts now to contact the publishers of the works in question in an effort to resolve this matter." Shueisha publishes Bleach in its Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in Japan, while Viz Media publishes the manga in North America. The Wikipedia entry for Nick Simmons now includes a section detailing "Accusations of Plagiarism" that lists eight manga -- the insanely popular Hellsing, One Piece and Vampire Hunter D, among them -- and an amateur artist from DeviantART. There are assertions that, in addition to panel compositions, character designs and poses, Simmons lifted dialogue and "plot segments" from other works. A group calling for legal action against the 21-year-old Simmons has begun on Facebook, where some members have declared today "Bleach Protection Day." Scroll through the post here for all the gathered evidence. Overlays show outright tracing (color panels=Simmons, b/w=Bleach). What an asshole! sourcesource
