I have no idea what was going on with that first picture, hopefully this one is better.

Kate spoke at the Expo for Women in South Bend, Indiana so my mom and I went to check out her hair. She spoke for about five minutes (which was kind of disappointing) and then gave out some award. She asked us to vote for her on Dancing with the Stars twice during her short speech. She said no matter how good or bad she is she needs our votes! Then she did a book signing. They said no pictures with Kate, but some random lady asked me if I wanted her to take my picture with Kate and I was like heck yes I would! Overall, she was very friendly and seemed happy to be there even though I'm sure she really wasn't.


Sorry, my camera kind of sucks.





Her rumored bodyguard boyfriend was there, too!

Look out, Jon Gosselin! Looks like your exes are really hitting you where it hurts. Kate Major confirms what Jon's most recent ex, Hailey Glassman, claims are Jon's shortcomings.

"Jon was pretty boring and nothing exciting," Kate, another of his exes,
tells Life & Style. "I'm surprised he's so 'cocky' because down there he's
not."

Hailey told Steppin' Out magazine that she didn't fear Jon was cheating on her during their time together because "I don't think you'd cheat because you're so small. He's hung like a 9-year-old boy; I'm serious. This is true."

Hailey even talks numbers, saying Jon is "3 inches, and anybody who sleeps
with him will notice. It's very noticeable. It's so tiny, tiny, tiny!"

Kate Major tells Life & Style that she and Hailey "have even laughed about
it!"

ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- The TLC network has reached a settlement with reality TV star Jon Gosselin over a breach of contract lawsuit.

The network sued Gosselin in Montgomery County, Md., Circuit Court in October. Gosselin also filed a countersuit, claiming TLC violated Pennsylvania's child labor laws in filming "Jon & Kate Plus 8" about the Pennsylvania family with eight children.

The network says that all terms of the settlement are confidential and the whole Gosselin family remains under contract.

Mark Jay Heller, Gosselin's attorney, says the settlement was filed Wednesday and Gosselin did not appear in court.

Heller did not disclose details, but said all litigation has ended and he hopes "this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey."

Here's a nickname that falls a little short.

A few days after Hailey Glassman complained to Steppin' Out magazine that Jon Gosselin's penis is "tiny, tiny, tiny," another "source" tells the magazine that his ex wife Kate had a different way of referring to his manhood: "Stubby."

According to the source, Kate would joke with friends and family about Jon's, er, shortcomings, and even call him "Stubby" to his face to mock him.

Us Weekly has reported that Kate, 34, often chastised Jon, 32, over the course of their 10-year marriage, which was officially dissolved last December. Admitted Jon to Good Morning America last September, "I took a lot of abuse from her. I was put down."


Glassman, the 23-year-old daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed Kate's free tummy tuck, told Steppin' Out she often mocked Jon's penis size to his face.


"He said, 'You know how subconscious [sic] I am of down there,'" says Glassman -- who poses in lacy panties and a skimpy top on the cover of the gossip mag. "I would tell him to his face, 'I don't think you would cheat on me because you're so small.'"


Jon -- who split from Glassman in December -- is currently getting cozy with Morgan Christie, 25. Kate was recently spotted club hopping in New York City with her hairstylist Ted Gibson, who told UsMagazine.com he "didn't think" she was ready to begin dating again.

According to E! News, who has talked with Jon's attorney there are currently discussions to settle the breach-of-contract suit about Jon getting paid appearances on TV while under an exclusive contract with TLC.

The lawyer, claims there's a chance the two could work together again once the legal drama is over. "That depends on what happens in the settlement, which we should have some finalization to shortly," he says.

Jon has been an active part of the legal process and gave his deposition and discovery two weeks ago. However, if the issues cannot be resolved, Heller says they're still scheduled to go to trial in April.

"If there's no settlement, then we will get back on schedule for mediation or arbitration," he claims. "If that doesn't succeed, then we have the trial in April."

Hair today, tears tomorrow?

Kate Gosselin, 34, marked the new year by trading in her signature spiky bob for long, blonde locks in a process that took 20 hours of work and would normally cost $7,000 (hers was comped).

Just one problem: "She hates it!" a source tells the new issue of Us Weekly.

"She thinks her hair looks over­processed and damaged," adds the insider. "She's afraid people will think she's one of Tiger Woods' bimbos!" (In an online video posted Jan. 10, Gosselin looks in the mirror and says, "Oh, Lord have mercy... it's weird.)

Also not fans? Twins Cara and Mady, 9, who shrieked "Eww!" when they saw their made-over mom.

"They started laughing," says the source. "Kate ended up in her room crying."

But not all hope is lost. On Jan. 8, Gosselin had a stylist visit her Pennsylvania home to coach her on how to care for her new look.

"Kate has been trying different things, from headbands to ponytails to a Farrah Fawcett–style 'do. She's just not sure what she wants."

In the aftermath of the alleged ransacking of the Manhattan apartment they shared, Jon Gosselin and ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman continue to fling accusations at each other -- via their lawyers.

On Monday, Gosselin's attorney Mark Jay Heller told RadarOnline.com, "Hailey Glassman is going to jail, it's as simple as that." Now Glassman's camp -- who called the incident a publicity stunt -- is firing back.

"For an attorney to go out there and say someone's going to jail when they're not even arrested -- that's just irresponsible," Glassman' lawyer Stephanie Ovadia tells PEOPLE. "That is the most ludicrous, ridiculous, unnecessary statement I have ever in my life heard."

Of the investigation into the apartment trashing, Ovadia says, "All the police have done so far is fact-finding. They're trying to figure out what occurred here -- if anything -- other than two people who were living together breaking up."

Ovadia confirms that both Glassman and her mother have met with officers from the NYPD to discuss the incident.

According to her camp, Glassman did take items from the apartment, on which she split the rent with Gosselin -- but everything she took belonged to her. Gosselin "told her the apartment would be padlocked because he had not been paying rent, and she should go there and take whatever she wanted," Ovadia tells PEOPLE.

Asked about the fingerprint and handwriting analysis that Gosselin's lawyer has claimed is being conducted on the note Glassman is accused of spearing into Gosselin's dresser with a butcher knife, Ovadia says: "I don't believe there's anything to be concerned about. And I don't know of any notes. Again, I know nothing about any butcher knife. I can't even add to that nonsense."

Don't hate, folks. Hailey is "just a baby" according to her lawyer.



Hailey Glassman’s attorney admitted to RadarOnline.com that security footage will show Jon Gosselin’s ex girlfriend removing a TV and other items from his apartment.

But Stephanie Ovadia said Glassman did nothing wrong and simply removed her belongings from the apartment she shared with the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star.



“We're not denying Hailey took the TV,” Ovadia told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interiew. “We are not denying she took her belonging out of the apartment. She is moving on with her life and taking her belongings.

“She moved all her belongings out so there will be security video showing her carrying items out of the apartment.”

Glassman moved out last week. Jon called police Saturday and said he found his apartment ransacked with clothing and other items slashed, plus a note from Hailey speared to a wooden dresser with a knife.

His attorney Mark Heller told RadarOnline.com: "Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It's a simple as that."

But Ovadia said that comment was irresponsible and Hailey, “is not even a suspect.”

She also said she has no information about a letter left in the apartment allegedly signed by Hailey. “I don't know anything about a letter. I don't have a copy of a letter,” Ovadia told RadarOnline.com.

Amazingly, despite all the accusations, Ovadia says Hailey has no bad feelings toward Jon.

“Hailey has nothing bad to say about Mr. Gosselin,” Ovadia told RadarOnline.com. “She took her belongings and she is moving on with her life."

Ovadia insisted that Hailey is simply caught in a bad situation and confirmed – as RadarOnline.com first reported – that both Hailey and her parents have been interviewed by police in the ongoing investigation.

“Hailey is 22 years old and she needs to move on with her life. She is caught up in madness and she is a baby,” Ovadia told RadarOnline.com.

“She was asked certain facts that occurred by police. Her mother was also asked about certain facts.”

But Ovadia was insistent that Heller had gone too far stating Hailey will be arrested. “You can't, as a lawyer, become personal,” she told RadarOnline.com. “Our service is to defend our client. It is irresponsible to put out there someone is going to jail when the person is not even a suspect, they have not been convicted and there isn't even a judge appointed in the case.”

A baby at 22? If she's caught up in madness, she helped create it.

Sources say a note was left behind with Hailey Glassman's name signed at the bottom -- but we're told someone else could have easily signed her name on it. The apartment is actually listed under both Gosselin and Glassman's name.

We're told Jon is filing a complaint with police.

UPDATE: Jon's television was not stolen, but get this ... our sources say there was knife stuck through the note that was left behind -- and whoever wrote it called Jon a "cheater."
