Feisty rapper Ludacris has made peace with Fox News anchor Bill O'Reilly, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively, bringing an end to one of the great showbiz feuds of the last decade.

In an exclusive interview the controversial rapper confirmed he confronted the conservative television host at a recent event and extended the hip hop hand of friendship.

"The first thing I said to him was, 'I want to meet the guy who has had so much to say about me, but knows absolutely nothing about me'," Ludacris told RadarOnline.com.

"I identified that I wanted to speak to him when I saw his name on the guest list. I looked at what table he was on, and I walked my a** straight to that table.

"He wasn't expecting to see me, at all. The look on his face when he saw me approaching... priceless."

And in the most unlikely pairing, Ludacris said the foes even teamed up for a recent charity event, which was kept secret.

In 2002, when Pepsi announced Ludacris as one of its spokespeople, O'Reilly demanded a boycott against the company for hiring someone who "disrespects women, encourages drug use and encouraged violence."

Pepsi immediately fired Ludacris. O'Reilly continued to condemn the rapper for years, calling him "vile" and a "thug" rapper.

Of the peace-brokering, Ludacris said: "The conversation we had was confidential, however, let's just say it was a good conversation and good came out of it.

"From there, we came to a common ground. To be honest with you, we came together and did an event for charity - as crazy as it sounds. Perhaps everything happens for a reason

"I prayed since the very first moment that Bill said something about me on television that I would be able to meet him in person.

"It took about seven years for that to happen, but it finally happened. And the joy that came over me, well, it was outstanding."

Ludacris’ new album The Battle of the Sexes has spawned the hit single How Low, which has gone platinum.

"Working with Keisha was too hard and we couldn't take the put downs anymore."

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

HEIDE RANGE and Amelle Berrabah have - for the first time - revealed the unbearable demands of Keisha Buchanan, which led to her being ousted from the Sugababes.

Speaking openly for the first time about their decision to carry on with new member Jade Ewen, the pair claim Buchanan's constant put downs made them dread being in her company.

The bullying left Amelle so stressed she checked into rehab to try to rebuild her self-esteem.

Though they stop just short of using the B-word, they do paint a picture of life in the Sugababes which explains their decision to risk their careers rather than continue as they were.

Amelle admits: "Bullying is a strong word. It sounds bad. But no one likes to be treated horribly. I was being singled out every day and I didn't like the way I was being treated. I dreaded going in to work even though I had worked so hard to get here.

"I didn't have a voice, Heidi didn't have a voice and the people who worked around her didn't have a voice. Even people who worked with us threatened to quit because they couldn't take it. I took a lot of shit from her as did Heidi and the rest of the team.

"Morally, you can only allow yourself to be treated a certain way for so long. It got to a point where we couldn't do it anymore. I still respect Keisha. I would never speak badly about her or go into detail but we tried for a long time to make things work and it just got worse and worse.

"Me and Heidi were struggling for a year and trying our best to make things work. But it was so negative on a daily basis, it upset me. It affected my health. The stress got to me."

Amelle adds: "I didn't know what I wanted any more. I was lost. I didn't feel like myself. Heidi said I was like a shadow. I kept asking myself why it was happening. I can take a lot and don't hold grudges. Sometimes that gets abused. I felt like I was being used and spoken to a certain way.

"I used to be bubbly and outgoing but I became quiet. People told me I would never speak in interviews. I was paranoid that I would get the eye. I would let her carry on and live my life quietly.

"There is only so much you can take. It came to a point that I wasn't going to let that happen to me any more. It was the same with Heidi.

"I didn't want to lose what I had spent my whole life trying to get. I wanted to believe I could handle it. But I couldn't. It got to the point where I decided, no, I'm not going to allow it to happen anymore."

The first hint that the Sugababes were set for yet another line-up change came when Heidi and Keisha turned up without Amelle for an anti-racism concert in Glasgow.

At the time, the pair claimed Amelle had discovered a friend had been in a car accident and was too shocked to join them on the road. But quickly the truth emerged.

Amelle had checked into rehab suffering from stress, just days before the group were due to fly to Los Angeles for a video shoot.

Heidi recalls: "We were told her friend had been in a car accident but she had gone away for a week because she couldn't take any more. The day before we flew to LA, it came to a head. I couldn't take it any more and neither could Amelle. How we allowed ourselves to be treated had gone on too long.

"It was pretty bad the last year of the previous line-up. I respect Keisha for the eight and a half years we have been together so I wouldn't want to tell tales. But we had to make a decision whether to work in that environment. This job is our life and it wasn't a nice atmosphere. It wasn't a happy environment."

Amelle picks up: "The story came out that I had disappeared and there were even rumours that I had been kidnapped. But the truth is I had just had enough. I didn't want to go to LA. I was willing to throw away my dreams because I had to think of my mental health. By then, every day was a struggle.

"My head was so full of shit that I had to go somewhere different. I went off to a centre to relax. For the first time in my life I went somewhere for me. I was healing.

"It is not in me to be nasty. I hope Keisha has a great career ahead of her. She is a very talented lady. But I know I made the right decision staying with Heidi."

That Heidi had sided with the newest member of the Sugababes, rather than founding member Keisha Buchanan, came as a shock to many who had seen a revolving door policy with the group's other founding members.

Buchanan had been the one constant and was widely seen as the driving force behind the Sugababes.

The penultimate twist came when Heidi got a call from the record label two days after the split, asking if she would consider carrying on with Amelle if the label could find a new member to replace Buchanan.

Heidi reveals: "I landed at LAX and me and Amelle made the decision that it wasn't working anymore so we left the Sugababes. As much as I knew I had made the right decision it was still heartbreaking to come to the end of a relationship.

"I thought the Sugababes were over but I wasn't even thinking about that. We had another four days before we were due to fly home. It was during that time the label phoned and said they wanted us to carry on with someone else. Even that was a scary thing to think about.

"They told us they had someone in mind and that they would fly this person out. By this point the video had been shot with three body doubles. There was no band on the day of the shoot.

"They made the video without us because they'd paid for the director. They told us if we got on with the new girl we could be part of that video. That's when they flew Jade over. We met on the Sunday and shot the video on the Tuesday."

Amelle adds: "We got a phone call from the record label saying they wanted to keep us on with another girl. I was emotionally drained at that point. I was shocked. However, it was Keisha's turn to get a shock but I hope she can be happy and do her solo stuff. At the time, me and Heidi had left the band and we thought that was it. But it also felt like a release. I had put my career on the line not to work with Keisha."

Former Eurovision Song Contestant Jade Ewan flew to Los Angeles straight away to meet the girls and took part in the video shoot. It was Keisha's turn to be left out in the cold.

"Now Jade is on board we are really happy and it is nice coming into work," Amelle admits. "Jade is a breath of fresh air and a nice girl. We are so looking forward to the future. I am the happiest person ever."

Initially, set for release last November, the group's latest album Sweet 7 is out on March 15 - with Keisha's vocal wiped and Jade's vocals added to the songs.

Heidi explains: "Jade went in and re-recorded the parts that Keisha had done. We also recorded a brand new track with Jade. She sounds amazing and has made the parts her own. She has been incredible recording it after being put under so much pressure.

"Things are so much better with Jade. We are really enjoying working together. It is like a fresh start. I'm not going to say we are best friends because we are still getting to know Jade but she is a lovely girl."

Being in the US, I've not really followed the Sugababes/Sugab4bes, but I love girl group drama. I mean, I've been a fan of Destiny's Child (Michelle is my fave) since Survivor came out. To that end, when Say My Name came out, I didn't even now that Farrah & Michelle weren't LeToya & LaTavia. I don't know what I'd have done if DC had changed two more times... let alone if NO ORIGINAL MEMBER WAS LEFT. I'd have died, surely.

The NME Awards? Perhaps we should call them the Enemy Awards after Lily Allen and Courtney Love squared up in an amazing four-letter bust-up.

Potty-mouthed Lily even told Courtney to "go f*** yourself" and pals had to pull the furious Hole rocker away.

The American seethed in front of TV cameras: "Me and Lily Allen are going to have a fistfight tonight."

At that stage we thought we'd have to scramble for ringside seats. Their feud had been building nicely since last week's Brits.

Lily had an exclusive deal to wear Chanel - and Courtney blamed her on Twitter for "locking down" their collection and not letting her wear one of their frocks.

So when she saw the Smile singer backstage at the NMEs, she made a sarcastic dig.

Cue Lily, 24, losing her sense of humour and spitting expletives. Courtney's riposte was a curt: "Right back at you honey."

The 45-year-old stormed off into the green room, a television crew in tow, and grimly warned anyone who would listen that there might be fisticuffs ahead.

She later cooled down enough to leap on chairs and dance to Paul Weller's set. And as things wound down at the O2 Academy in Brixton, South London, Courtney decided to go over to her adversary to make the peace.

Only Lily was having none of it and raged: "You're f***ing mental. Go away!" Lily was led away by boyfriend Sam Cooper and headed to the PlayStation 3 SingStar bash, leaving Courtney to make chit-chat with Peaches Geldof.

Still, Lily had the NME's new Giving It Back gong to console her - awarded to the star who has done most for fans.

She can certainly give it back all right... just ask Courtney.

Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres flat out don't get along, and the tension is building ... this according to our "American Idol" sources.

Photobucket

Our insiders say Simon and Ellen aren't even trying to hide it. Ellen can't stand what she believes is Simon's cruelty toward contestants. And, we're told, Simon actually enjoys pissing Ellen off with his blistering critiques.

It all started badly when Simon showed up late for Ellen's first week of "A.I." taping and made her wait around. Producers separated the two -- who began the season sitting side-by-side -- but the tension has gotten worse.

But business is business. "A.I." is beating the Olympics, and ratings for Ellen's show skyrocketed last week. In Hollywood, contempt has its upside.

(You know TMZ is always right about everything).

Today, Chad Gilbert from New Found Glory, posted three solo songs on his site. The first song, about a past love (Sherri Dupree) that ruined Chad's life, caught Max Bemis' attention and he flipped his shit on his twitter saying "today i heard the worst new music i've heard since vanilla ice attempted to make rock music. don't quit your day job, dude." Max then wrote a tl:dr tweet that I summarized under the cut.

Backstory - Max is now married to Chad Gilbert's ex wife,Sherri Dupree, while Chad moved on to Paramore front-woman, Hayley Williams

I felt compelled to write something like this based on some stuff I’ve been going through lately and especially today. Today I posted a (clearly ineffectively) ambiguous jab at Chad Gilbert’s solo offerings. (Chad posted a few new songs on a website today). Stupid? Shallow? Transparent? Yup. That was me pulling a douche card. I apologize for that, not to ‘chadball’ necessarily, but to you guys. I got caught doing the very thing I hate. Should I have done it? I have no idea but I was drawn to do so, as humans are when they have no other option but to be stupid. Like I said earlier I am kind of in the dark about what is the right thing anymore when it comes to matter of public discourse or expressing your opinions. Since twitter got invented, we’ve all been screwed…let’s be honest.

My main reasoning for doing this seemingly douchey thing was a feeling of unavoidable anger and outrage at both the delivery and subject matter of what Chad chose to write about. It was a mean, angry song about my wife. As a lot of people (for some inane and crappy reason) know, my wife was once in a relationship with Chad. Both me and my wife and Chad and his girlfriend are in happy relationships and have moved past all that (at least I thought.) As for Sherri, I couldn’t love her more. She is, in my eyes at least, the best person I know; the love of my life and the coolest, most honest and lovable and truly loyal person I’ve ever had the opportunity to know.

To any of you who feel I have earned some trust with you; for what it’s worth, in my opinion, Sherri is incapable of being “bitchy” and a “bitch” in any way. She gives as much as she gets and isn’t afraid to stand up to MEN but hates to see anyone hurt or sad. I have had mean, spiteful ex girlfriends who I’ve written entire records about hating and still not called a “bitch” let alone Sherri, the kind, witty, independent angel I have the privilege of waking up to every morning. I say this without pretension or half-truth, though, like I said, it’s just my opinion.

That being said, I’m only a dude. No more, and certainly no less. Any other dude currently in a relationship (especially a marriage) can tell you if you really have fallen in love with someone, somebody insulting your lover can set you off.

If captain straightedge were there, in my living room, at the time, I would have probably freaked out, hocked a loogey in his general direction or, if I was lucky, get a solid bite or scratch in before he bent me over and spanked me. After all, Chad is much bigger than me and though I’m scrappy, he would probably turn my nuts into a frappe, not to mention he has scary straight edge gangster friends who could and would hurt me, but such if the nature of man; we forget these things in moments of passion. Where would the Karate Kid be if he thought things through like “wow this dude can hurt me so bad that I won’t have kids”. Waxing off, that’s where he’d be.

If I were a total shmuck I’d say he had no right to write about how much he thinks she was mean to him or whatever but the thing is that’s not true and, hey, this is emo music we’re talking about. He had every LEGAL right, especially emo-ly to express how he felt in that song . He had every right to put it out and call it music. I may think it was a self-indulgent perversion of the truth; I’m sure Chad feels that way about anything I say or do. I don’t want to change that about him, and I hope to God he doesn’t think he can change that about me. There has been a lot of speculation amongst fans about what went down between Chad and Sherri and I can only say that it’s a matter of opinion, and you can be DAMN sure I have my own about it.

Told you it was tl:dr but trust me it's even longer. If you would like to read the whole thing you can here

Thinkin' Bout Her (lyrics) - Chad's song
I keep thinkin bout her
I keep thinkin bout her i keep thinkin bout
How she hated everything about me
and how she ruined everything in my life

I’d be driving and I’d play my favorite song
She would mock me when I’d try and sing along
Not in a fun sort of flirty sort of way
More a disgusted sort of bitchy sort of way
She said there’s not even a melody to this song
I said its fun at the show when you scream along
She said it’s not music
She said it makes her sick
I said oh no this is where I came from

I keep thinkin bout her
I keep thinkin bout her I keep thinkin bout
How she hated everything about me
and how she ruined everything in my life.

I tried to take her out to hang with the people I know
and she never ever wanted to go
Not in a sweet sort of timid sort of way
more a judgemental sort of stuck up sort of way
She said I don’t understand what you see in them
I said you don’t gotta be a saint to be my friend
Some are pop stars some have stolen cars
and I’d still pick any of them over you.

I’m proud of me
Proud of what I’ve done
Proud of who I am
Yeah Im proud to be a man
Im proud of me
Proud of where I’ve been
Proud of leaving you
Yeah I’d do it all again

Jean-Claude Van Damme -- the most badass fighting sensation of the 90s -- just got challenged to an MMA fight by a guy who used to fight puppets in spandex ... all over an incident from 15 years ago.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Guess who.........

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The guy issuing the challenge is former White Ranger Jason David Frank, who tells TMZ, he's had it out for Van Damme ever since 1995 when the Muscles from Brussels -- who had been Frank's childhood hero -- allegedly blew him off during the premiere of "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie."

As TMZ previously reported, Frank is now a scary-looking MMA fighter who has a fight next weekend in the Octagon -- and Van Damme is reportedly looking to make his own pro fighting debut ... so the timing couldn't be better for Frank to settle the score.

Frank claims he'll take Van Damme "anytime, anyplace, anywhere" -- and "if [Van Damme's] too scared to come into the Octagon, I'll even take him on in a kickboxing match."

So far, no comment from Van Damme's camp.

So who do you think would win if they had the fight? What other celebrity fights do you want to see?

50 Cent recently sat down with DJ Clue and DJ Envy to talk about everything including what he thinks about Jay-Z and why he feels Jigga rarely makes any direct attacks during his beefs and battles in hip-hop. According to the G-Unit general, Jay-Z has mastered the art of subliminal attacks and disses. "It's the competitive nature of the art form," Fif explained about his relationship with Jay. "It's still there, he still competes too. He just does it so subliminal that people don't read it."

Of course it would not be a 50 Cent interview without some blunt words from the New York rapper. "To me, it's a softer way to do it. A safer way to do it because no one directly feels offended by it...Why not just say it? I don't feel the [disses]. You gotta at least let the [diss be noticeable.] A guy that's that subtle, how do you really take offense to those activities? You know, I get really disrespectful, I don't mind. And then it's like, we can go to the other space and it can really go down."

First grief, and now anger.

Casey Johnson's longtime girlfriend Courtenay Semel has broken her silence after the heiress's death to lash out at another woman close to Johnson – reality star Tila Tequila.

"The thing I find the most sickening is that the media is giving [her] the one thing she craves: attention. Tila, you knew her for a week," Semel tells PEOPLE.

Just weeks before Johnson was found dead in her Los Angeles home at age 30, Johnson made tabloid news when she said she was engaged to Tequila, the star of MTV's over-the-top matchmaking show A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila.

And it was the 28-year-old Tequila (real name Tila Nguyen) who announced Johnson's death on her Twitter page.

Since then, Tequila has posted a series of bizarre messages on Twitter about her relationship with Johnson, along with crudely worded attacks against gossip blogger Perez Hilton. (Tequila has declined interview requests).

Billy Bush, host of Access Hollywood, Tweeted in response, “Gross...claims 2 b mourning fiancée but seems 2 b pumping her new gossip blog.”

Semel, the daughter of the former chairman of both Yahoo! Inc. and Warner Bros., Terry Semel, had her own share of gossip-column-making spats with Johnson, but says the focus now should be on dealing with the loss.

“Casey is the love of my life and she's gone," Semel tells PEOPLE. "I will make sure the world will one day see all she wanted to give to it. I love you CJ with all my heart."
