Adam Lambert admitted that his mean-spirited comments about Susan Boyle's album were a little over the line saying, "It came across a bit harsher than how it actually went down. But I'm not a fan of the record, it wasn't a lie."

As for people's misconceptions about him and being an American Idol contestant he explains:

"[People think] you come off the show and all of a sudden you are put in this machine and puppeted into this product. That's not my experience at all. I'm a pretty outspoken, upfront, forward type of person, and I have opinions about what I want to be as an artist.

"I told them I want to be glam, be pop, be rock, I want to be everything, blend it all together and have a great time doing it. Be theatrical and be out there."

Good for you, Adam — but we still think you could give SuBo a break! She has a completely different sound and audience in comparison to you!

Some people just aren't cut out for the biz!

Susan Boyle's brothers have voiced their concern for their sister in the new issue of People, revealing that SuBo may not be able to handle her fame!

"The traveling and the whole [fame] thing is exhausting. She still has her anxieties and her loneliness," said her brother, Gerry.

SuBo's other brother, John, shared his sib's sentiments, adding, "She needs 24-hour care. She needs to be looked after."

Wowsa.

Play nice, kids!

Adam Lambert slammed Susan Boyle saying that her debut single, the cover of the Rolling Stones' "Wild Horses" made him "cry with laughter."

Adam sold 200,000 copies during the first week of his album For Your Entertainment's release, but as we all know SuBo's I Dreamed A Dream shattered sales records with its massive success. He told Britain's Gay Times:

"If only it weren't for Susan Boyle! I'm happy for her success, but that album is terrible. "Wild Horses" is the one that made me laugh the hardest. I just died when I heard it, I was crying with laughter. It was the most horrendous, sacrilegious treatment of that song!

"Still, when my album charted, it was validating. I was feeling a bit attacked, like I had to vindicate something. I thought: 'Wow, look what I did.'"

Meow! Jealous much?! And of ALL the people to pick on, you choose little old SuBo?!

Shots fired!! Adam Lambert has given new meaning to the phrase “Catty Queen” by revealing that he is no fan of fellow talent show sensation Susan Boyle or the debut album that catapulted the Scottish spinster to the top the charts late last year.

Boyle’s debut LP, I Dreamed A Dream, stormed Billboard when it dropped last November. Much to Adam’s chagrin, SuBo managed to keep the American Idol runner-up off the top of the US charts with his release For Your Entertainment, which dropped the same day. Lambert sold an impressive 200,000 copies in his first week, but still couldn’t believe he was one upped by Boyle’s “terrible” album — which features a cover of the Rolling Stones’ classic “Wild Horses” that made Adam “cry with laughter.”

Ouch, tough room.

Adam spilled the tea as he sat down for a chat with the March 10 issue of London’s Gay Times: “If only it weren’t for Susan Boyle! I’m happy for her success, but that album is terrible. Wild Horses is the one that made me laugh the hardest. I just died when I heard it, I was crying with laughter. Susan Boyle may have the world at her fingertips, but right now, it means nothing!

According to her brother Gerry, SuBo is battling a "crushing" loneliness because she fears she will never find love!

"Susan has the world at her feet in terms of fame and money but at this precise moment in time it means nothing. Absolutely nothing," said her brother. "The one thing she wants above all everything else is love. Who doesn't?"

Poor thing.

"Her biggest wish is to find someone who she can share her success with and support her through the difficult times. Of course her family will always be there for her but it is not the same as having someone special in your life," he continued.

And things are getting pretty serious!

"If I'm honest things aren't great for Susan at the moment on a personal level. She's absolutely exhausted after non-stop travelling promoting her album around the world," said Boyle. "As a result she flares up easily - though saying that she can bounce back almost instantly."

SuBo even hates her home.

"Getting back to her little council home used to be her release but now its more like a prison cell. After she was confronted by an intruder last month she can't sleep even though she has security posted outside her home 24/7. Susan's become a curtain twitcher - she spends hours in the night staring out from behind her curtains," he divulged.

And it's definitely taking a toll on her.

Boyle added, "When she can't sleep she rings me or plays things over and over in her head until they almost crush her. I try and lift her out of this negative mind-set but it is so hard. When she hasn't got anyone special to lean on, things begin to go wrong for her.

We don't think a man is just gonna swoop in and fix her!

"Susan has this impression that everybody thinks she is some kind of freak because of her appearance on stage and this is what puts men off," Gerry continued. "Of course her money and fame would intimidate most men and I know the jokes about Susan being nicknamed the 'Hairy Angel' hurt her enormously."

And looking at the life of her biggest supporter, manager Andy Stephens, isn't even any help!

"She sees how happy and contented he is with his family and wants that kind of security and love for herself," said Boyle. "Susan knows she can jet anywhere in the world first-class, eat in the best restaurants and stay in the top hotels but that means nothing to her if she doesn't have anyone to share those moments with. All those throw-away comments about Pebbles her cat being her soulmate were a way of masking unhappiness."

Plus, we're sure she LOVES that her brother is yapping to the press!

It’s too hot in here for SuBo! Talent show sensation Susan Boyle has sparked new concerns for her health after collapsing at the British Airways Club Lounge at Heathrow Airport earlier this week. The “I Dreamed A Dream” singer was waiting for her flight to Nice, France when she became overheated.

“It was very dramatic. Susan’s legs just gave way under her and she went down,” an onlooker told the London tabs this week.

“Susan did faint at Heathrow as she overheated in the lounge because it was so warm. However, she is fine now and gave a fantastic performance at the festival,” her spokesperson claims.

Susan received medical attention before traveling to Italy to perform at the 60th San Remo Festival. Last April, Boyle was hospitalized for exhaustion after losing first place in the Britain’s Got Talent competition.

AGAIN with the airport dramaz?!
