Playboy founder Hugh Hefner was formally introduced to the son of his former girlfriend, Kendra Wilkinson, in a meeting at the Playboy Mansion on Monday.

Kendra — who moved to Indiana when she wed NFL star Hank Baskett last June — Tweeted the news during a vacation to Los Angeles this week.

“….goin over to the mansion today to visit @hughhefner. Lil Hank gets to meet him today!! So excited! (sic)”

Hugh and Kendra have remained close ,despite splitting in 2008. Hefner, 83, even attended Kendra’s baby shower last September. Hugh Hefner will officially become a bachelor next month when the ink dries on his divorce decree from second wife and ’80s Playboy Playmate Kimberly Conrad.

The Playboy founder filed legal papers in September to put an end to his marriage with Conrad – 11 years after the couple split in 1998.
Relations between the exes — who wed in 1989 — became strained after the media mogul sold the house next door to his famous Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills – where Conrad had been living with their teen sons Marston and Cooper. In August, Conrad sued the Girls Next Door star, claiming Hef failed to honor their prenuptial agreement and owed her more than $6 million.

The dispute has since been settled and legal documents filed in Los Angeles — and obtained by TMZ.com — indicate the union will be legally dissolved on March 11.

A Playboy shareholder has filed a lawsuit against the magazine’s founder, Hugh Hefner, for refusing to sell the brand despite its declining worth.

The class action lawsuit maintains that in the past six months Hefner has deliberately sabotaged two potential deals to sell off the adult magazine — which the shareholder claims is falling apart. The plaintiff alleges that the 83-year-old hustler enjoys the company of young models too much to give up Playboy.

“If you were Hugh Hefner… would you give up the parade of busty blondes, the fancy mansion and the reality TV show for a pay-out?” an investment company that analyzed Playboy’s business claims said in the lawsuit filed on Monday. “Hefner has continued to live the good life and make sure everyone knows it. Hefner remains in the limelight, showing up at media events and at the Playboy mansion… with his girlfriends by his side.”

The plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages.

It's true!

Hugh Hefner
revealed that twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon are moving out of the mansion leaving him with just one girlfriend.

Hef says:

"They've been hanging out with a lot of the other Playmates and they see these girls traveling across the country to do promotion. They would like to be doing that too. They will now be friends, but they won't be defined as the girlfriends."

The 83-year-old goes on to say his relationship Crystal Harris has been getting "more serious."

We wonder how it feels to be the last one standing?

Hugh Hefner’s barely-legal Buss It Babies are leaving the nest. Shocking, we know. Twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon are moving out of the mansion, the Playboy founder Tweeted Tuesday.

“The Shannon Twins are growing up. They’re moving to the Playmate House with my blessing so they will be free to do other things.”

Hef explains that the girls are looking to get more involved in “Playmate-related promotional work for the company.”

“They’ve been hanging out with a lot of the other Playmates and they see these girls traveling across the country to do promotion,” he told E! News of the twins. “They would like to be doing that, too.”

The girls will move out of the mansion and into the Playmate House — just down the street — in the next couple weeks.

“When they thought about it, they thought it was a good idea,” he said. “They will now be friends, but they won’t be defined as the girlfriends.”

In the meantime, the Girls Next Door star is focused on getting more “serious” with third girlfriend Crystal.

NBA/Tiger Woods Oprah Interview

Hugh Hefner is one member of the Hollywood elite who understands Tiger’s “transgressions.”

“I think the only surprise in it, quite frankly, is that anybody would be surprised,” the Playboy founder, 83, tells EOnline.com of the recent scandal romantically-linking married golfer Tiger Woods to at least five mistresses. Tiger and his wife, former Swedish model Elin Nordegren, have two children and are reportedly seeking marriage counseling.

“If you’re a good-looking guy and young and healthy, the notion that there would be something else going on, well, marriage is just a convenience. It’s very nice for raising kids,” Hefner added.

Hefner, who has been married twice and has four children, chronicles his plural relationship with three busty beauties on the network reality series The Girls Next Door.

“The notion that monogamy lasts forever is a wish!” Hugh quipped.

Hugh Hefner says he waited more than a decade to file for divorce “because of the children.”

Last Thursday, the Playboy founder filed paperwork to dissolve his 20 year marriage to former Playmate of the Year, Kimberly Conrad Hefner. The couple married in 1989, and have been legally separated since 1998. Over the past decade, Hefner lived with numerous girlfriends at the Playboy Mansion as part of the E! reality show The Girls Next Door.

Now that the former couple’s sons, Cooper and Marston, are of age, Hefner, 83, says, “Now is the time.”

“I stayed married not because it was a marriage — the marriage ended in 1998,” Hefner said at the premiere of his documentary, Hugh Hefner: Playboy Activist and Rebel, at the Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday. “I stayed because she wanted me to.”
