On Sunday at the 2010 Oscars, the 29-year-old Star Trek actor presented the second thesis of the evening, spotlighting District 9, which wound up losing Best Picture to The Hurt Locker.

Chris was later spotted at the Vanity Fair after-party hosted by editor Graydon Carter and held at Sunset Tower in West Hollywood.

The 29-year-old Star Trek actor, wearing a Ralph Lauren Purple Label tuxedo and Ferragamo shoes, is one of the presenters tonight at the Academy Awards.

Recently Chris finished up filming the action film Unstoppable with Denzel Washington. The action movie about a rail company trying to stop a volatile runaway train will hit theaters in November.

A whole slew of Hollywood hunks just signed on to present at the 2010 Oscars Ceremony.

Taking to the podium to present include Gerard Butler, Bradley Cooper, Tom Ford, Jake Gyllenhaal, Chris Pine, Keanu Reeves, Ryan Reynolds and Sam Worthington. A bunch of female hotties set to present at the ceremony were announced yesterday.

The 2010 Academy Awards will air Sunday (March 7) at 8/7c on ABC. Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin will serve as co-hosts of the event.

Chris Pine was spotted celebrating his friend’s birthday in the lounge of Hollywood hotspot Bardot on Saturday night (February 27).

A JustJared.com spywitness saw the 29-year-old Star Trek stud generously pick up the tab for his friend’s birthday. What a nice guy!

Chris was later seen chatting with Washington Redskins football player Ladell Betts, who was seated at another VIP table closeby.

The group later ventured out to the patio to catch the band Casxio, which has a fusion of disco, funk and rock n’ roll sounds.

Also in the house was Bardot regular Shane West who caught Jason Scoppa’s weekly “Lo Hi Fi” night.

The 29-year-old Star Trek actor recently finished working on his new film Unstoppable with costar Denzel Washington.

The movie revolves around an engineer and conductor trying to prevent a runaway train carrying toxic chemicals creating a catastrophe.

The film is expected to be released in November.

The 29-year-old Star Trek actor stayed hydrated with a bottle of Crystal Geyser Alpine Spring Water and a carton of Vita Coco coconut water.

It seems like lots of celebs are going cuckoo for coconut water. True Blood co-stars (and real-life couple) Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer were spotted with Vita Coco just three days ago.

It looks like Chris Pine may be moving onto a new woman after Olivia Munn called it quits on their relationship late last month.

Chris, 29, and his former Carriers co-star Piper Perabo were spotted out together for almost two hours together at L.A.’s Napa Valley Grille, where the two shared a brownie and enjoyed drinks together.

An eyewitness told E!’s Marc Malkin, “They were sitting at a four-seater table on the outdoor patio, but chose to sit right next to each other as opposed to across from each other.”
