According to a tweet by vocalist/bassist Mark Hoppus, Blink-182 will be going into the studio to begin recording new songs in January. Hoppus plans to finish out the year producing for other acts, and drummer Travis Barker said earlier in the month that Blink would reconvene early in 2010. Barker is also working on a solo album that he hopes to complete in February--the same month that Angels & Airwaves (the other band of vocalist/guitarist Tom DeLonge) plan to release their upcoming album, Love.

I can't wait. I'm so anxious to hear how the new album is going to sound. Oh, and Angels & Airwaves sucks so bad. Tom needs to get over that shit.
