Brendon Urie of Panic at the Disco's impromptu acoustic cover of Sublime's "Boss D.J".
His voice is a bit shaky at times and you have to go through 48 seconds of talking and giggling before the singing starts. From the baby gear that's in the background of the video I assume this was done at Pete Wentz's house. Brendon Urie seems to have been collaborating with Pete Wentz on a lot of things lately also.
ETA: It looks like it's from June 20th and is from a jam session which also included Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Pete Wentz and Spencer Smith from Panic at the Disco.
